Offering the Canadian (Alberta) Curriculum, which is recognized as one of the best learning systems in the world. Results of the PISA assessment 2018, which is carried out every 2 years by OECD, shows that students who study the curriculum are ranked among the best in the world in reading, math and science.

广州加拿大国际学校提供的课程体系是加拿大艾伯塔省课程体系，被公认为世界上最好的英文课程体系之一，在世界经济合作与发展组织（OECD)每2年一次的PISA测试排名中，加拿大艾伯塔省课程在阅读、数学、科学等科目在世界名列前茅，均远超加拿大其他省份的课程。

在广州加拿大国际学校，学生入学即在加拿大政府注册学籍号，可在加拿大政府系统中查询学习记录，毕业后获得加拿大政府颁发的高中毕业文凭。也正因为加拿大艾伯塔省课程高标准的学术要求，持有加拿大艾伯塔省高中毕业文凭的学生在申请加拿大大学时，可获得GPA额外10分-15分的加分。
